Abstract
The author has been involved with hybrid-fluidic vehicle (HFV) technology for nearly 30 years and so is able to write with some authority concerning hybrid-fluidic (HF) technology, what it’s about, what’s available today, and what’s coming our way and how it can be of benefit all.
