Pressure-Induced Phase Transitions in Crystalline Amino Acids. Raman Spectroscopy and X-Ray Diffraction

Abstract

In this lecture I give a general overview of the behavior of amino acid crystals under high pressure conditions. This chapter presents a summary of the main results published in the literature obtained using Raman spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction.
