Abstract
TiO2 nanometric aligned polycrystalline wires (“strips”) have been prepared by top down patterning of a TiO2 thin film. An electrical-functional characterization of the prepared TiO2 strips based sample was carried out in comparison with the corresponding TiO2 thin film sample. Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (IS) was used as electrical characterization technique and a dedicated experimental set-up was arranged in order to carry out EIS measurements in controlled environment.
