Samenvatting

Om sociale problematiek zoals werkloosheid, problematische schulden of dakloosheid achter je te laten moet je stappen zetten en doelen bereiken. Dit vraagt heel wat van iemand, want juist in een context van chronische stress zijn we minder goed in staat om doelgericht gedrag te vertonen. Om cliënten die in deze dynamiek leven verder te helpen, krijgen zij vaak training en begeleiding aangeboden. Zo worden er bijvoorbeeld om financiële problemen aan te pakken budgetcursussen aangeboden en krijgen mensen die werkloos zijn sollicitatietrainingen aangeboden. Het stellen van leerdoelen kan cliënten die leven in chronische stress helpen om de stappen te zetten die nodig zijn om hun financiële en/of sociale problematiek achter zich te laten.
