Samenvatting

Het derde onderdeel van Stap 2 van het stepped-caremodel (zie fig. II.1 in de inleiding van deel II) is gezinstherapie. Gezinstherapie is een optioneel onderdeel van Stap 2, omdat niet alle personen die zichzelf verwonden gezinsbehandeling willen of nodig hebben. Sommigen houden hun behandeling liever individueel, anderen hebben geen gezinsleden om bij de behandeling te betrekken. Weer anderen hebben gezinsleden die weigeren mee te werken.
