Samenvatting
Hoewel wetenschappelijk onderzoek en praktijkvoorbeelden suggereren dat de belofte van eHealth/mHealth groot is, blijft de opschaling in de huidige praktijk achter bij de verwachtingen. Een percentage van 15% dat voor een (deel van de) behandeling gebruik maakt van eHealth wordt al als relatief succes aangemerkt. In 2014 bracht een brede landelijke evaluatie de knelpunten in kaart.
