Uit de voorgaande hoofdstukken wordt duidelijk dat het internet en mobiele apparaten de mogelijkheid bieden om behandelingen beter op de hulpvraag en de belevingswereld van cliënten te laten aansluiten. Om deze mogelijkheden optimaal te benutten moeten de inhoud van de interventies, het werkproces en de ict opnieuw ontworpen worden. Maar dat niet alleen. Het heeft ook implicaties voor de behandelaar.
