De optimale wijkgerichte zorgorganisatie verwacht een spectrum aan voorzieningen in haar omgeving. Het spectrum is belangrijk, maar de infrastructuur en de voorzieningen zijn veel overzichtelijker dan in een klassieke ggz-organisatie waar alles centralistisch en buiten de gemeenschap wordt georganiseerd. Het vraagt een ware kanteling.
