Samenvatting
Deze casus toont het kenmerkende verhaal van een patiënt die al jaren last heeft van zijn rug. Het begint met een acute spitaanval. In de loop van de jaren gebeurt dit meerdere malen. Na tien jaar straalt de pijn ook uit in het been. Dan krijgt hij opeens problemen met wandelen: het looppatroon is verstoord door krachtsverlies in het been.
