Samenvatting

Een ‘huilbaby’ is een gezonde, goed groeiende zuigeling die excessief huilt. Een arbitrair criterium om excessief huilen te onderscheiden van normaal huilen is de regel van drie: huilen gedurende ten minste 3 uren per dag op ten minste 3 dagen per week gedurende minimaal 3 weken.
