Samenvatting

In de Nederlandstalige literatuur staat de diagnostiek van persoonlijkheidsveranderingen bij niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (nah) niet echt in de belangstelling. In artikelen wordt wel gesteld dat uit onderzoek persoonlijkheidsveranderingen naar voren komen, maar die worden veelal in kwalitatieve termen omschreven. Weinig aandacht wordt besteed aan het nut van bestaande instrumenten om de betrouwbaarheid van de diagnose te onderschrijven.
