Samenvatting

Binnen maastro clinic is men reeds in 2003 gestart met het invoeren van de risicomethodiek Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (fmea). Deze methode van risicoanalyse wordt ook wel de voorspellende risicotechniek genoemd. De methode is afkomstig van de nasa en is ontstaan in de jaren zestig.1 Tegenwoordig wordt de methodiek volop toegepast in verschillende grote autofabrieken.
