Samenvatting
Moet een patiënt zich bezighouden met de veiligheid in het ziekenhuis en wat kan een patiënt hieraan toevoegen? Vaak geldt de opvatting dat patiënten er toch van uit moeten kunnen gaan dat ziekenhuizen er alles aan doen om de veiligheid zo goed mogelijk te waarborgen. Met andere woorden, dat de patiënt zich daar niet ongerust over behoort te maken.
