Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk laten we zien hoe kennis vanuit psychodrama en systeemtherapie samenkomt in de Schematherapie. We noemen het schemadrama en hebben een grondmodel uitgewerkt van waaruit we de Gezonde Volwassene helpen te groeien. Door te werken met het grondmodel leert de cliënt doorleefde keuzes te maken om uit negatieve patronen en schemagestuurd gedrag te stappen. De groep en de therapeuten zijn hierbij helpend vanuit de houding van erkennen, liefhebben en begrenzen.
