Samenvatting
In dit hoofdstuk worden enkele ernstige dermatosen besproken waarvan de pathogenese grotendeels berust op een stoornis in het immuunsysteem. Veelal zijn bij deze ziekten behalve de huid ook andere organen aangedaan. De belangrijkste immuunziekten waarbij de huid in het ziekteproces is betrokken, zijn opgesomd in tabel 28.1. Al deze ziekten vragen om verwijzing naar een dermatoloog voor diagnostiek en behandeling. Vaak zijn ook medebeoordeling en begeleiding door internist, reumatoloog of neuroloog nodig.
