Abstract
Al tientallen jaren is plethysmografie, en dan met name foto-elektrische plethysmografie (FEP), een zeer eenvoudige niet-belastende methode voor het meten van perifere pulsatiele doorbloeding. Een nadeel in de praktij kis dat de vooraf vereiste opwarming van vingers/tenen veel tijd kan kosten.
