Deze beginnende docenten zijn vooraf niet geïnformeerd over de huisregels van de school of opleiding. Daarom stellen zij zelf hun grenzen vast en die verschillen onderling sterk. Onwenselijk is dat gesprekken hierover uitblijven en de docenten ingekapseld raken. Hier is niemand die meekijkt of feedback geeft.
