Abstract
Jannie van Nuenen (52) gebruikt sinds drie jaar natalizumab. Ze is met deze medicatie gestart, nadat ze in de jaren daarvoor voor haar multipele sclerose behandeld was geweest met glatirameer acetaat (had weinig effect op de ziekte, exacerbaties gingen in dezelfde frequentie door) en interferon-bèta wat gestaakt werd in verband met een zich ontwikkelende depressie.
