Abstract
Helen Pijpers, een 24-jarige tandartsassistente meldt zich met klachten van jeukende ogen, loopneus en soms kortademigheid tijdens het werk. Zij is sinds drie jaar werkzaam in een groepspraktijk van vier tandartsen. In het weekend en tijdens haar vakanties heeft zij totaal geen last. Mevrouw Pijpers is niet bekend met een allergie. Wel bemerkt zij de laatste week een jeukend gevoel in de tong en lippen als zij kiwi of banaan eet.
