Inleiding

Een kortdurende protocollaire (groeps)behandeling voor persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, gebaseerd op de cognitief gedragstherapeutische principes van de schematherapie (Young, 2003; Young & Klosko, 2005; Arntz & Bögels, 2000; Young & Pijnaker, 1999), was tot 2006 nog niet ontwikkeld, hoewel de schematherapie zelf de laatste decennia veel bekendheid heeft gekregen.
