Abstract

Tandartsen die in het verleden met succes jonge en angstige kinderen, extreem angstige volwassenen en verstandelijk en motorisch gehandicapte patiënten konden behandelen, gingen daarbij voornamelijk intuïtief te werk. Zij wisten van hun ervaringen te leren en werden wijs in zaken die een tandarts in het omgaan met zijn patiënten moet doen of juist moet nalaten.
