Abstract
In dit hoofdstuk wordt nader gekeken naar de organisatie als een stelsel van machtsverhoudingen. Daar in zijn bepaalde regelmatigheden aanwijsbaar en sociale mechanismen die machtsverschuivingen kunnen veroorzaken. Verschillende theorieën werpen daar hun licht op.
