Abstract
Toen bleek dat de chylothorax bij de patiënt van casus 43 recidiveerde onder een MCT-dieet (medium chain triglyceriden dieet, waarbij minder chylomicronen gevormd worden) werd besloten tot pleuradrainage en totale parenterale voeding. Na een week was de productie van chylus minimaal. Op dat moment wordt deze X-thorax gemaakt.
