Abstract
Een 47-jarige vrouw met een bronchoalveolair celcarcinoom ondergaat een lobectomie van de linker onderkwab met lymfekliersampling. Twaalf dagen na de thoracotomie ontstaat er hemoptoë en persisterend hoesten. Een dag later loopt de temperatuur op naar 38,8 °C en verslechtert de klinische conditie.
