Inleiding

Onderhuidse bloeduitstorting bovenarm: op de laterale zijde midden op de linkerbovenarm een onderhuidse bloeduitstortingplek, diameter 2 cm. Locatie niet passend bij accidenteel letsel. Blauw oog links met korstje onder het oog. Zou kunnen na val tegen traptrede glijbaan, echter onwaarschijnlijk dat gezicht precies tegen dit gedeelte aankomt, voorhoofd of neus (uitstekende gedeelten) zou logischer zijn.
