Samenvatting

Bij volwassenen is er in weefsels een evenwicht tussen celdeling en celdood, tussen proliferatie en apoptose. Tijdens het proces van celdeling doorloopt de cel een aantal fasen, de celcyclus genoemd (afbeelding 19.1).
