Samenvatting

Een dag in een huisartspraktijk in het oosten des lands. Van de dertig patiënten die op het spreekuur van de huisarts verschijnen, hebben twee een cardiovasculair event in de voorgeschiedenis en heeft één patiënt thoracale pijnklachten. De praktijkondersteuner (POH) ziet naast patiënten met diabetes en COPD, drie patiënten voor cardiovasculaire zorg. Twee voor het opstellen van een risicoprofiel en één voor de begeleiding bij stoppen met roken.
