Bij de beoefening van sport speelt niet alleen aandacht een rol maar ook het leren en uitvoeren van bewegingen. Mulder (1993) geeft een overzicht van theorieën over bewegen en postuleert een nieuwe. Deze inzichten kunnen belangrijke gevolgen hebben voor de trainingspraktijk.
