Zusammenfassung

De NHG-Standaard Artritis geeft richtlijnen voor de diagnostiek en het beleid bij volwassen patie¨nten met inflammatoire gewrichtsaandoeningen van e´e´n of meerdere gewrichten. Speciale aandacht gaat uit naar bacterie¨le artritis, jichtartritis, reactieve artritis, reumatoı¨de artritis en de differentiaal diagnostiek van deze artritiden. Voor deze artritiden is gekozen omdat zij het meeste voorkomen of omdat een juiste diagnose belangrijke consequenties heeft voor prognose en beleid.
