Zusammenfassung
Gevoelens van angst, spanning en onrust zijn normale reacties op een bedreigende situatie. Van een angststoornis kan worden gesproken als de angst buitensporig is: na aanpassing aan de uitlokkende situatie blijft de angst bestaan of de angst verstoort het normale functioneren zonder dat de uitlokkende situatie dit rechtvaardigt.
