Samenvatting

Het begrip witverlies, afscheiding of fluor is eigenlijk heel dubbelzinnig: waarover heeft men het precies? Waaruit is de fluor samengesteld, welke hoeveelheid is normaal, en wat is de kleur en geur van normale genitale afscheiding? Bestaat er wel iets als ‘normaal’ witverlies, normale afscheiding, of normale (fysiologische) fluor? Blijkbaar alleen in tegenstelling tot ‘abnormale’ fluor, te veel afscheiding, of niet-gebruikelijke afscheiding.
