Mevrouw Vermeer is 86 jaar. Ze is weduwe en heeft vier kinderen die allen op afstand wonen. De medische voorgeschiedenis: hypertensie, atriumfi brilleren, decompensatio cordis, osteoporose, nierinsuffi ciëntie en depressie. Medicatie: furosemide 2dd 40 mg, metoprolol 1dd 100 mg, enalapril 1dd 20 mg, ascal cardio 100 mg, digoxine 1dd 0,0625 mg, alendroninezuur 70 mg 1×/week en calchi-chew D3 2dd 500 mg/400 IE, citalopram 1dd 20 mg.
