Abstract
Een 45-jarige man is bekend met een gemetastaseerd supraglottisch larynxcarcinoom. Na in opzet curatieve radiotherapie is er twee maanden geleden toch een lokaal recidief ontstaan met positieve klieren rechts in de hals.
