Een 46-jarige man heeft sinds enkele dagen een paar erg pijnlijke ‘steenpuisten’ op zijn linkerbil en bovenbeen. Patiënt vertelt dat het voelt alsof er iets in zit en denkt dat hij het opgelopen heeft in Afrika, waar hij tot twee dagen geleden op safari was.
