Abstract
Een 36-jarige man vertelt ‘gek’ te worden van de jeuk aan zijn scrotum. Hij moet er wel aan krabben en wrijven. Dat helpt wel wat, vooral wanneer hij er zolang en hard aan krabt dat de huid kapot gaat, maar de jeuk komt altijd terug. Patiënt kan er ’s nachts vaak niet van slapen. Een crème van de drogist helpt wel wat.
