Abstract
Een 59-jarige vrouw vertelt sinds 3 jaar eczeem op haar rechterborst te hebben. Ze heeft eigenlijk haar hele leven al last gehad van eczeem en ook van astma. De afwijking op de tepel reageert redelijk goed (maar wel steeds minder goed) op betamethasonvaleraatzalf, maar het eczeem komt telkens terug en breidt zich uit.
