Abstract
Binnen onze werksetting is het om kwalitatieve en wettelijke redenen gebruikelijk dat het behandelbeleid door een multidisciplinair team wordt vastgesteld. Hierbij is een bepaalde systematiek gewenst in de vorm van beslissingsschema's en formulieren.
