Omdat de WTZi recent in werking is getreden is er nog geen specifieke ‘WTZi-jurisprudentie’. Daarom wordt onderstaand enige jurisprudentie behandeld die vrij recent onder het regime van de WZV tot stand is gekomen, maar die ook van belang is voor de toepassing van de WTZi.
