Abstract
Nadat je je kind in de time-out hebt gezet, stel je de wekker in op één minuut voor elk jaar dat je kind oud is. Zet de wekker binnen gehoorsafstand van je kind. Het mag de time-outruimte pas verlaten nadat de wekker is gegaan. Geef je kind terwijl de wekker tikt, geen aandacht.
