Samenvatting
Een 51-jarige patiënt wordt opgenomen op uw afdeling wegens een pneumonie en leverfunctiestoornissen. Hij blijkt bekend met alcoholmisbruik. De PCR van het sputum op Mycoplasma pneumoniae is positief. Bij het laboratoriumonderzoek bij deze opname is er sprake van gestoorde leverfuncties, maar deze blijken een maand na deze episode bijna weer normaal en zijn toe te schrijven aan de M. pneumoniae-infectie.
