Naast de methodologische kwaliteit (zie hoofdstukken 6 en 7) is voor de dagelijkse praktijk de hanteerbaarheid (ook wel gebruiksvriendelijkheid genoemd) van een meetinstrument van belang. Stap 5 van het stappenplan gaat hierover (zie figuur 5.1).
