Denk maar eens aan de typische persoon die in elke nieuwe baan in conflict raakt met zijn of haar baas of collega's. Of aan een collega die bij de minste tegenslag uit het veld geslagen is en zich in moeilijke situaties vaak ziek meldt. Welke eigenschappen maken mensen nu extra kwetsbaar voor stressvolle situaties op het werk? En wat is de relatie tussen deze eigenschappen en de fysieke en mentale gezondheid van werknemers?
