Abstract

Een patiënte van 58 jaar wordt reeds 18 jaar behandeld met intermitterende hemodialyse. De oorzaak van haar nierinsufficiëntie is een chronische interstitiële nefritis, die al vroeg gepaard ging met ostitis fibrosa, hetgeen na het starten van de hemodialysebehandeling alleen maar verergerde.
