Hyperkaliëmie bij diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Een 26-jarige man met van insuline afhankelijke diabetes mellitus en diabetische nefropatie (creatinine 320 |mol/l) heeft bij poliklinische controle geen klachten. Naast Mixtard 30/70 ‘s morgens en ‘s avonds, gebruikt hij 1 X 40 mg furosemide en 3 X 3 mg prazosine (Minipress) dd.

Bij onderzoek bedraagt zijn bloeddruk 140/94 mm Hg, zowel liggend als staand. Zijn gewicht is onveranderd (68 kg).
