Below is the link to the electronic supplementary material.
Movie 1.1: J1 IJV in longitudinal scanning plane with steering. There are four dynamic examples of the relevance of the right setting of the steering function, both in the B-mode images and in the color box (WMV 15788 kb)
Movie 1.2: J1 IJV in longitudinal scanning plane. B-mode frequency. A dynamic example is illustrated in the movie with clips performed at different frequencies of the B-mode imaging (AVI 58404 kb)
Movie 1.3: J1 IJV in longitudinal scanning plane. B-mode and Color-mode frequency. A dynamic example is illustrated in the movie with clips performed at several different frequencies of the Color-mode imaging (AVI 104087 kb)
Movie 1.4: Trapezoid steering. In the movie the dynamic insonation of the vessels illustrated in the Fig. 1.6 is showed. Also in this modality the specular inversion of blood flow direction depending on the insonation angle is imaged for IJV and CCA with the trapezoid steering (WMV 3491 kb)
