Abstract
In this chapter we shall consider the two percutaneous techniques most often used today: the first to dilate the valve orifice in mitral valve stenosis, i.e. percutaneous Inoue-balloon valvuloplasty, the second to reduce the extent of regurgitation in mitral valve insufficiency, i.e. mitral clip.
