Abstract

Besides knowing the technique for performing EFAST, the right use of findings obtained is mandatory. Including EFAST in trauma algorithms is the aim of this chapter, keeping in mind that different situations and resources mean different algorithms. A summary of current EFAST-oriented management in blunt and penetrating trauma is presented.
