Abstract
In working for the experimental proposal of a multi-risk assessment certifying process, our approach took on the idea of a voluntary system devised to be managed mainly by a third-party body. The system first analyses the hazards of building territory and site, estimates the hazard and vulnerability of buildings and, in the case of satisfying positive findings in taking into account possible hazards and vulnerability interactions, eventually produces a labelling result for the potential buildings’ resistance (or strength) in the event of calamity.
