Cause:

retrazione omolaterale in abduzione (muscoli abduttori o capsula articolare); si associa a extrarotazione della coscia;

ipometria dell’arto inferiore con abbassamento dell’emibacino;
-
obliquità pelvica secondaria a scoliosi lombare a convessità omolaterale;
-
pelvic hike controlaterale, quale compenso all’eccessiva lunghezza dell’arto inferiore opposto in swing (Fig. 17.1).
