La gestione del rischio clinico (Clinical Risk Management, CRM) è un processo complesso, sistematico, di identificazione, valutazione e trattamento dei rischi attuali e potenziali, comunque mai completamente prevenibili, intrinsecamente correlati all’erogazione delle prestazioni sanitarie. Il CRM si prefigge lo scopo di prevenire gli errori e diminuire gli eventi avversi.
